We are now looking for erection supervisor (ESP) for boiler project in Germany. Work will start in early January and will last for about 9 months. For this project you don’t have to be from Germany since we provide the accommodation close to the project site.
As an Erection Supervisor (ESP) your tasks will include:
- Supervising the installation work of contractors according to our clients’ specifications and installation schedule and giving instructions regarding welding procedures, technical sequences, and safety precautions
- Participate in material receiving and handover procedures creation and maintenance. As well as visual inspections of deliveries in co-operation with sub-contractors.
- Manage and report progress, cost, headcount, and time schedule to our client.
- Prepare progress reports for customer
- Ensure that relevant inspections by authorities at site are done.
- Ensure customers readiness for subcontractors’ erection and installation.
- Plan and participate in erection completion check rounds, and verify contractors field installation, checklists, and punch-list reports
- Assure that contractors have compiled quality documentation.
Ideal candidate should have:
- At least a few years of experience in a similar position (Erection projects. Boiler, BHF, ESP, NGC, FGC or similar
- Good understanding of erection quality issues
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office package)
- Good knowledge as a user for 3D Model software
- Excellent English skills (Speaking and Writing)
- EU-citizenship
