We are looking for an experienced CSA Supervisor to join ongoing data center projects in Uusimaa. This is an opportunity to work in a technically demanding and fast-paced environment as part of an international project organization.
In this role, you will take an active part in site activities, working closely with subcontractors and project stakeholders to ensure that civil, structural, and architectural works are delivered according to project requirements, quality standards, and safety practices.
About the role
As a CSA Supervisor, you will oversee civil, structural, and architectural works on site, ensuring that activities meet required quality and safety standards. The role includes a strong focus on documentation, safety processes, and daily coordination with subcontractors.
You will be involved in both preparing and reviewing site and safety documentation, while supporting the implementation of project procedures and ensuring works are executed according to client requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Supervising civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) works on site
- Coordinating daily activities with subcontractors and participating in site meetings
- Preparing and reviewing documentation, including safety-related documentation
- Supporting the implementation of safety practices (e.g. Safe Plan of Action – SPA)
- Monitoring quality and ensuring compliance with specifications and requirements
- Supporting and promoting health, safety, and quality standards on site
- Identifying deviations and following up on corrective actions
We are looking for
- Relevant technical background (e.g. civil engineering, construction, or similar)
- Experience in CSA supervision in demanding construction projects and/or experience in data center projects
- Experience with site documentation and ability to prepare and review documents independently
- Good understanding of safety procedures and experience working on active construction sites
- Experience working with subcontractors in a site-based role
- Ability to work independently and take initiative on site
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Full working proficiency in English
