We are looking for professionals for an interesting construction project in Hamina. The roles that we are now looking to fill are CSA Supervisor, Responsible Site Manager and Project Scheduler. The work will start during April and will last approximately one and half years. We will provide accommodation close to the project.
As a CSA Supervisor your task will be managing the construction phase of the project. Responsibilities of CSA Supervisor are:
Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery within budget.
Collaborate with construction contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to coordinate construction activities. Conduct site visits to inspect work progress, resolve issues and ensure adherence to design plans and quality standards.
Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of civil, structural, and architectural designs. Conduct inspections to identify deficiencies and implement corrective actions as necessary.
For CSA Supervisor candidates, we are looking for individuals who have:
- Engineering degree in Civil Engineering or similar
- Previous experience in similar role
- Good level of spoken and written English
- Good IT skills (MS Office, CAD tools)
As a Responsible Site Manager your tasks will be overseeing all aspects of the construction phase of the project on site, ensuring they are executed safely, efficiently and within budget and schedule.
Main responsibilities of Responsible Site Manager are:
Managing all on-site activities including planning, scheduling, and coordinating resources to meet project objectives. Ensure compliance with specifications, drawings, codes, and regulations.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site. Conduct regular safety inspections, identify hazards, and take corrective action to mitigate risks.
Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors. Manage inventory and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the site.
For Responsible Site Manager candidates, we are looking for individuals who have:
- Engineering degree (Construction, civil or similar)
- Previous experience in similar role
- Good level of spoken and written English
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and best practices.
As a Project Scheduler your tasks will be developing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating with various teams to gather necessary information, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Main responsibilities of Project Scheduler are:
Develop and maintain project schedules using scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6 etc.)
Coordinate with project managers, team leads, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and establish project timelines.
Analyze project plans, identify dependencies, and create detailed schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Monitor project progress and update schedules as necessary to reflect changes in scope, timeline, or resources.
Identify potential risks and delays in project schedules and work with project teams to develop mitigation strategies.
For Project Scheduler candidates, we are looking for individuals who have:
- Education in project management, business administration or engineering
- Proven experience as a project scheduler or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent
- Good level of spoken and written English
